Full impression trays with a rim for the upper and lower jaw set

Full impression trays are one of the basic instruments used in orthodontic and prosthetic offices. Using full trays with a rim allows you to obtain precise impressions. They are one of the basic methods for diagnosing malocclusions and a source of information about the position of the patient’s entire teeth in relation to each other. Based on the casts made, braces and orthodontic overlays, relaxation splints and whitening splints are created. This type of trays can be used for patients with full or partial teeth. The trays have been profiled to provide the patient with the greatest possible comfort.

Very high-quality Japanese stainless steel compliant with AISI 304 standards was used to produce the spoons. It is allowed to clean and sterilize the trays in an autoclave at a temperature of 134⁰C.
