Flohr root lever left is built with a working part ending with a sharp tip in the form of a spoon and an ergonomic handle. The Flohr root lever is used in the removal of single roots of multi-rooted lower teeth when one root is removed or when there is a thin or absent inter-root septum (this applies to the mesial root on the right side or the distal root on the left side).
