Perforated metal impression trays are one of the basic instruments used in orthodontic and prosthetic offices. They allow you to obtain an accurate reflection of the patient’s jaw, on the basis of which a plaster model is created, which is the basis for creating orthodontic appliances, relaxation splints or dentures. The spoon is characterized by a low trough and edges and is intended for patients with missing teeth. Lower jaw trays feature a tongue cutout for comfort when making impressions.
The product is made of very high quality Japanese stainless steel in accordance with AISI 304 standards. The high quality of the finish ensures durability. It is possible to sterilize the trays in autoclaves at a temperature of 134⁰C.
